Your Role

We’re hiring Customer Service Agents for a brand-new project with a leader in the online payment industry 💳.

As part of the team, you’ll help Dutch entrepreneurs (from small businesses to big names) by phone with their payment terminals (pin machines) — both technical and general support. 📞💡

What We’re Looking For

Native Dutch speaker

Good English (at least B2)

Tech-savvy 💻

Comfortable using multiple systems

Willing to work flexible hours (including evenings / weekends)

You follow procedures, especially with sensitive data 🔐

Nice to have :

• Call centre experience
• More languages
• Organized, patient, and positive attitude! 😊
