Key Responsibilities

Execute integrated marketing plans (online & offline).

Lead digital campaigns : SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.

Manage and motivate the local marketing team.

Analyze KPIs and optimize campaign performance.

Coordinate with sales, product, and operations.

Oversee marketing budget and ensure brand consistency.

Stay updated on industry trends and manage external agencies.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar (Master’s a plus).

5+ years of marketing experience, 3+ in digital.

Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Analytical, creative, organized, and results-driven.
