Job Purpose

The person should be working as Subject Matter Expert to guide sales and execution teams to solve business challenges for target customers in Decarbonization business area with special focus on Renewable Energy, Hydrogen and Carbon Capture.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Formulate medium- and long-term strategy to develop solution business for Decarbonization applications to mainly E&S industry customers in line with Yokogawa available solutions and competence.
  • Suggest new application developments for Decarbonization customer needs
  • Work as Subject Matter Expert for Decaronization Market domain
  • Develop KPI dashboard for potential Decarbonization customers (different applications)

SME’s Performance would be measured by following matrices.

  • Customer reach / penetration
  • New Account development
  • New solution development for existing Energy and Sustainability accounts referring to Decarbonization projects
  • Business ideas which result in value creation for Decarbonization business area
  • Order intake and profitability of the orders

    • Qualification & Experience

    Minimum of 10-15 years post qualification industrial experience. This shall be cover at least 10 years in Energy Process Industries, out of which of least 5 years shall be O&G, Power or Renewable. Experience should be of one or more of the below in nature :

  • Process Automation
  • Process Engineering
  • Energy Management
  • Operation Technology
  • Solution selling

    • Competencies & Skills

  • Good understanding of business drivers of Decarbonization market needs in Europe, specifically about Hydrogen, Renewable Energy and Carbon Capture.
  • Should be able to formulate KPI for each level of stake holders.
  • Commercial acumen
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Spanish)
