About The Talent Acquisition Consultant Role… The Talent Acquisition Consultant is the cultural representative of SiteMinder and our employer brand. This person is responsible for showing the active and passive candidate market what it’s like to be part of the SiteMinder team. This person will be engaging with prospective employees throughout EMEA for GTM sales teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end to end recruitment process in GTM sales hiring in EMEA, plus other departments when needed
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver strong results and bring top talent into the business
  • Understand what the company does and how each role fits into the business — qualify quality candidates against the company, role and team culture
  • Partner with hiring managers — build trust, keep them updated on the talent market, implement feedback, advise when needed, and keep them informed when hiring
  • Work as part of a global TA team — largely independent work with team support available
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience
  • Drive social activity to increase brand awareness
  • Keep records updated and contribute to reporting metrics; continuously improve the recruitment process
  • Manage up — escalate potential issues, communicate with your manager, and seek support as needed

What You'll Have

  • Previous experience hiring for sales teams in an in-house recruitment role
  • Strong background in headhunting, sourcing and building talent pipelines
  • Able to influence and work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • High attention to detail when working with the ATS
  • A passion for delivering a stellar candidate experience
  • Ability to see obstacles as opportunities for creative solutions
  • Resilience under pressure and ability to juggle multiple hiring objectives
  • Proactive and motivated — you prefer being busy and growing your to-do list
  • Enjoys working with people and candidates from around the world
  • Data-driven with the ability to lead data-based conversations
  • Excellent communications skills in English
