Mission
We are looking for an experienced Business Solutions Account Manager to identify, shape, and develop strategic opportunities in enterprise digitalization. This role is focused on supporting clients in redefining their business processes through technology — from ERP and CRM platforms to advanced analytics and automation. While not a specialist AI role, the position offers the opportunity to position intelligent technologies as part of broader transformation journeys when applicable. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen, consultative mindset, and the ability to connect operational challenges with high-value digital solutions.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Opportunity Qualification
Identify transformation opportunities in business-critical processes through digital platforms and services.
Lead opportunity qualification and account strategy aligned with client needs and industry dynamics.
Maintain and grow a strategic pipeline through consultative engagement and value-driven proposals.
Client Advisory & Solution Definition
Work closely with clients to understand business goals, pain points, and process inefficiencies.
Co-create tailored solutions with presales and consulting teams, integrating ERP, CRM, workflow automation, and — where valuable — AI capabilities such as document understanding, forecasting models, or digital assistants.
Deliver compelling proposals that communicate business value and technical feasibility.
Account Management & Commercial Execution
Own the commercial relationship with assigned enterprise accounts.
Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by aligning digital solutions with evolving client roadmaps.
Negotiate and close complex solution deals, ensuring continuity and handover to delivery teams.
Internal & Market Collaboration
Coordinate with delivery, presales, and product teams to ensure solution alignment and execution success.
Stay up to date on technology trends, especially in the areas of process automation, enterprise platforms, and applied AI.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales of enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, process automation).
Experience participating in or leading business transformation initiatives involving process redesign or technology enablement.
Solid understanding of core business processes (finance, operations, customer service, etc.) and their digitalization potential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar ecosystems.
Professional English proficiency ( B2 level or above ).
