Overview : Seeking a skilled Product Owner for our AOS service with a strong technical background, knowledge of CMDB, Asset Management, Workflow Management, reporting, KPI tracking, and supplier management. Responsibilities
- Product Ownership : Lead and manage AOS service development, prioritize features, and maintain product roadmap.
- Technical Expertise : Oversee order processing, catalog maintenance, CMDB, and workflows. Monitor and troubleshoot issues.
- Request Management : Handle user requests, review, approve, troubleshoot, and track. Proactively identify and resolve incidents.
- AOM Support : Process requests and orders, resolve incidents, and advise customers on AOM tool usage.
- Catalog Management : Maintain and optimize service catalogs, configure new services, adjust prices, product images and metadata.
- Configuration Management : Ensure CMDB data quality, perform corrections, and manage CI imports.
- Workflow Management : Activate, optimize, adjust and document local workflows.
- AOM Administration : Manage permissions, user imports, organizational structure, perform general tool configuration and maintenance activities.
Requirements
Experience in Product Ownership.Strong technical background.Knowledge of CMDB, Asset Management, Workflow Management.Reporting and KPI tracking skills.Supplier management experience.IT-Shop know-how is a plus.English (Reading / Writing / Conversation) C1. German desirable (IT\'S NOT MANDATORY).Skills
