Recepción e inspección de servicios y facturas.

Registro de pedidos.

Apertura de número de cliente

Actividades enfocadas al cliente

Seguimiento, control y orden de facturación en la ERP.

Atención al cliente.

Confirmación de pedidos al cliente.

Ofertas al cliente.

Reclamación de pedidos a compras.

Realización y comprobación de la hoja de control económico de las ofertas y pedidos.

Preparación de documentación administrativa de las licitaciones.

Gestión y control de los avales.

Seguimiento y reclamación de overdues.

Actividades de apoyo administrativo.

Peticiones de ofertas a compras.

Soporte a ventas, producción, PM, logística y equipos técnicos.

Control y gestión de facturas de servicios.
