YOUR ROLE

Become a part of our Team at our Location in Badalona – Our HR Team is responsible for design, deployment and execution of HR capabilities in the areas of performance management, learning, development, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement and communications. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Trainee (m / f / d) with the following responsibilities :

• Development of internal Human Resources policies for the Iberia region
• Participation in HR and Labor relations management across the different sites
• Participation in the implementation of a new HR shared service center (with a focus on a payroll and the time control)
• Support for international projects as equality plan
• Internal communication

YOUR PROFILE

The internship includes registration in a Master's Degree in Productivity and Personal Development (Camilo José Cela University), managed by FUE. The remuneration is 1.200 € gross per month on a fulltime work.
