What can you expect in our E-Commerce environment

TD SYNNEX offers several eCommerce solutions to allow its customers to purchase, manage, and resell Software products and Cloud Services. These solutions include online configuration and ordering tools, as well as an integrated e-business platform. TD SYNNEX sells over 1 billion USD worth of software through these eCommerce solutions. Our latest releases include a marketplace for Cloud Services, a White Labelled eCommerce solution, and an API platform for both customers and vendors.

Job Purpose

The Cloud Systems & Services team aims to optimize business processes for these services, including shared services via TD SYNNEX's Shared Service Center and outsourced partners in EMEA.

The Business Support Analyst will work directly with the Operations Support team and communicate regularly with countries and stakeholders. She / he will collaborate with management, local sales teams, internal departments, platform owners, IT teams, customers, and vendors to gather and analyze information and make recommendations. An important aspect is working closely with TD SYNNEX's country sales teams to ensure service levels meet expectations for Super Users, End Users, and Customers.

The role also involves working with vendors to ensure proper understanding, documentation, and utilization of their platforms.

Additional project-related duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Mapping process flows across Operations teams, including data collection, documentation, and analysis, identifying gaps, and supporting process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Conducting root cause analysis of process inefficiencies related to material flow, scheduling, production capacity, and constraints.
  • Proactively monitoring cloud resources to identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Documenting processes to ensure standardization across locations within the regional scope.
  • Providing training and skill development for staff and outsourced parties on new processes.
  • Maintaining relationships with countries and stakeholders to meet excellence metrics.
  • Reviewing KPIs and SLAs to ensure expected performance levels are maintained.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience :

  • Experience in technical support or operations, preferably with cloud technologies (not mandatory).
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in an international, result-driven project environment.
  • Knowledge of tools such as SAP, MS Office, hardware, operating systems, monitoring tools, etc. (plus).
  • Experience with large multinational accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Process-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Security is a plus.
