Position : Data Center & Infrastructure Support Engineer

Location : Llanera, Spain (with occasional support to Aldeanueva & Ribadumia sites)

Type : Contract

We’re looking for a hands-on Data Center & Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our IT team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across data center operations, IT infrastructure management, and multi-level support (L1–L3) for enterprise systems.

What You’ll Do

Provide L1–L3 support for hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and enterprise applications

Manage and optimize data center operations — rack deployment, cabling, and server lifecycle management

Troubleshoot and maintain network devices (routers, switches, fiber, structured cabling)

Configure and maintain virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox)

Support automation and CI / CD infrastructure using Python, JSON, or YAML

Implement and monitor system backups, recovery, and security compliance

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation

What You Bring

Proven experience in data center or infrastructure support (AWS, ZT Systems, or similar)

Strong understanding of network infrastructure (Ethernet, Fiber, OTDR testing)

Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and authentication systems (Active Directory, Azure AD)

Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and enterprise systems

Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Batch, Python) is a plus

Google IT Support

CSFPC Cyber Security Foundation

Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

CompTIA Security+ (in progress accepted)

CCNA (in progress accepted)
