Estilo Nordico is a leading sales agency representing top Nordic interior design and lifestyle brands across Southern Europe, including Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece. Since 2005, we have combined Nordic design excellence with market-specific strategies to deliver value to B2B clients in retail and hospitality. Our Barcelona office and showroom serve as a sales hub for a diverse team fluent in 11 languages, allowing us to integrate local insights with international best practices.
We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent based in Madrid to take full ownership of the Spanish market , with support from our Barcelona hub . You will manage the entire sales process , from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and developing long-term client relationships across Spain.
You will grow the market both through client visits and extensive phone-based selling , so you must love engaging with clients both in person and by phone. Occasional travel will also be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle Management : Own the complete sales process for Spain, from prospecting to closing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Client Engagement : Invite clients to showrooms, present new collections, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Sales Campaign Execution : Conduct targeted campaigns via phone, email, and client visits, combining new and existing accounts.
- Relationship Management : Maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Barcelona hub and internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Location & Language : Based in Madrid with fluency in Spanish. Italian, Portuguese, Greek, and English are a plus.Sales Experience : 2–5 years in sales or account management, ideally in wholesale or hospitality sectors.Result-Oriented : Highly motivated and focused on achieving measurable results.Self-motivated : Ability to work independently on a daily basis, while also valuing team support.Proactive : Ability to identify and execute on opportunities.Sales Skills : Confident in both in-person and phone sales, with a love for client engagement and making high-volume calls.Seniority : Mid-Senior levelWhat We Offer
