NextLink is looking for a Campaign Manager to join our team.
As a Campaign Manager, you will manage the understanding, implementation, execution, tracking, and measurement of one of our clients division marketing campaigns. You will turn the multichannel campaign and provided content as defined and delivered in the campaign briefings provided by marketing stakeholders into series of workflows and deliveries in our marketing automation tool (Adobe Campaign & Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
The Campaign Manager will use his / her knowledge as a subject matter expert in marketing automation to act as a consultant with our stakeholders to drive best practices in their marketing campaigns while also developing the campaigns within the toolset in a technically efficient and effective way.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration digital marketing or marketing Technology preferred, or bachelor’s degree in technical studies. Previous experience with technically configuring virtual events and webinars Nice to have experience with Cvent. Knowledge in SpotMe and Zoom is preferred. Over 2,3 years of demonstrated experience in marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign is preferred) Adobe Campaign certification is a plus (Business Practitioner is OK, Developer is an added plus. Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure, dynamic situations are a must while it is not constant, there will be times that one must deal with changing requirements, competing priorities, and challenging stakeholders. Openness to learning new tools and technical concepts is a must; should be able to demonstrate ability to quickly grasp new topics and concepts. Experience as a Consultant or Campaign Manager in a software house, consultancy, or other project delivery environment; or experience in Service Center set ups, including process optimization Previous experience with blending business / marketing topics and technical topics to interpret requirements, develop solutions, and explain to other audiences. Client management skills, including managing work intake using Jira & MS Teams and deescalating incidents that impact customers. Past exposure to email marketing concepts; HTML and CSS knowledge is preferred Previous exposure to databases and data management concepts, including SQL and ETL skills; knowledge of web calls and interfaces is a plus. Soft Skills needed : Self-motivated and quick learner, creative thinker, open to changes Keen eye for detail, takes pride in work and values quality A can-do mentality with a desire to work with and for people around the globe. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently across functional initiatives (with a particular skill for interpreting to non-technical audiences) and with the ability to interface with customers across global markets Knowledge of Human Pharma marketing, including webinars, is a plus English (as native). The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English – the job will be 100% in English, including interfacing with other native and non-native English speakers
