Product Design Leader

You’ll lead design for a key domain within Preply’s largest product tribe - central to our mission of helping people unlock their potential through language learning. You’ll guide the design direction for your area and act as its craft leader - setting the creative standard and helping others reach it. Working closely with Product and Design leadership on defining the strategic direction, you’ll ensure design decisions align with user needs, product vision, and business goals. you bring imagination and precision to every detail while elevating the quality of design across your teams.
You’ll coach and inspire designers to raise their bar, grow their craft, and design with clarity and intent. As the tribe continues to evolve, you’ll play a key role in shaping how design scales - creating experiences that feel effortless, human, and distinctly Preply.
Push creative boundaries through experiments and data-informed decisions.
Mentor designers, lead by example, and help raise the bar for craft and collaboration across the team.
8+ years of professional Product Design experience, with a strong track record in setting vision, mentoring designers, and driving cohesive strategy across teams.
~ Skilled at leading research and uncovering insights to guide smart, user-centered decisions.
~ Experienced in partnering closely with engineers to ensure quality from handoff to launch.
