Our Service Relationship Managers guide Client Advocacy and Satisfaction for our most strategic Clients & Partners, specifically our Cloud Clients. As a Service Relationship Manager, you will be passionate about service and prioritizing our clients' needs. You will excel at developing relationships across a global geography and act as the voice of the client, advocating for them within the business. Your role includes leading service improvements across the end-to-end client journey to drive value and foster loyalty. You will provide measurable improvements by developing creative solutions and collaborating with partners across market teams. As the in-life operational single contact for clients, you will ensure consistency and simplicity in client engagement, making interactions straightforward. You will manage client escalations, guiding them to successful resolutions for both the client and Experian. Engaging with support and influencing client partners, you will become an expert in their business solutions and needs, seeking opportunities to expand our business and enhance service relationships. You will also be the guardian of our service level agreement documentation, supporting deal processes, understanding client needs, proposing appropriate options, and coordinating with relevant areas for guidance and approval.
