Overview Technica Engineering Spain is a technology company specialized in the development validation and verification of software and electronic solutions in the automotive sector. We focus on technologies like Automotive Ethernet and ECU development, and provide technical consulting services in areas such as ADAS, on-board networks, getsaways, and comfort and security features. We are offering a permanent position in Business Development based in Vigo, Spain. You will play a key role in driving the company\'s strategic growth by identifying new clients and markets and developing long-term commercial relationships. You will work closely with technical teams to create attractive, value-driven proposals tailored to each client.
Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients and strategic markets across Spain, Europe, and Latin America.
Prepare and present tailor-made commercial offers, collaborating with technical teams to define the scope and value proposition.
Manage business opportunities and perform market and competitor analysis.
Represent the company at trade fairs and events to build long-term commercial relationships.
Work closely with internal teams in engineering, sales and operations.
Qualifications 35 years of experience in business development, ideally in the automotive technology or engineering services sectors.
Solid understanding of technical B2B sales and experience in consultative selling.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Spanish and English (French or Portuguese are a plus).
Strategic, self-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
Availability to travel occasionally within Europe and Latin America.
Nice to have : Technical knowledge (basic / intermediate) of embedded software, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), and validation processes.
