What we look for?

We are looking for a IT Service Specialist with experience in Automic Automation, to join our team and work on exciting projects for one of our clients.

It is necessary to visit the client's offices in Madrid 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Designing and adapting complex workflows with Automic Automation Engine (UC4)
• Processing service requests related to job scheduling and Automation.
• Advising IT service owners as a specialist in workflow automation
• Handling incident tickets from the automation environment in line with ITIL
• Participating in international and national projects
• Supporting releases, year-end processing, and disaster recovery tests in accordance with change management guidelines
