What you will do in this role

As a Trainer on our team, you will :

Deliver training sessions covering products, soft skills, tools, and more

Proactively identify training needs across the team

Create and maintain training curricula for new starters and monitor their progress

Schedule and deliver continuous training to support ongoing development

Coach other trainers and Brand Experts on effective training delivery methods

Identify the need for knowledge articles to support learning

Coordinate the creation of knowledge articles and resources

Write and maintain clear, helpful knowledge base articles

Develop and manage a yearly training plan covering all brands

Measure and control training success through online quizzes, surveys, evaluations, etc.

Support the implementation and maintenance of the online training platform
