As a Business Development Representative, you will be on the front line when it comes to identifying new customer potential. With smart and structured initial contacts, you ensure that prospects turn into high-quality leads that our sales team can successfully close. Responsibilities Identify potential target accounts based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Research and contact relevant decision-makers (e.G. CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, Heads of IT, process owners) via email, phone, or LinkedIn. Develop and execute multi-step outbound sequences (email, calls, social touchpoints) and qualify leads according to defined criteria (e.G. BANT, MEDDPICC light). Schedule meetings for our sales team (Sales Executive or VP Sales) and document all activities in the CRM (e.G. Salesforce). Work closely with the marketing team, provide feedback on campaigns, and share valuable input for new content. Take part in our regular standups, pipeline reviews, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our outbound playbook.
English skills are a plus.
