Senior Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Manager

About the Role As a seasoned HSE professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce, clients, and stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include :

Developing and implementing effective HSE strategies and policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation to prevent reoccurrence.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement training programs that enhance HSE awareness and competencies.

Monitoring and reporting on HSE performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications Master\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HSE, engineering, environmental science) or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HSE role, with a proven track record of success.

Strong understanding of HSE principles, regulations, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
