Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues. Ability to mentor junior team members. Responsibilities : Manage and resolve complex incidents. Implement and improve monitoring and alerting. Automate routine tasks and processes. Participate in on-call rotations. Contribute to system design and architecture discussions.
