Main responsibilities
Lead and unify a sales team during a period of transition, driving a new work dynamic and a more collaborative culture.Drive team productivity and results by defining and following up on KPIs to ensure objectives are met.Utilize management tools like CRM (preferably Salesforce) and have a strong analytical mindset to optimize sales strategies.Manage and support a team of 5 salespeople, providing coaching and direction to overcome current challenges.Ensure market presence and client relationships through frequent travel, with availability of up to 3 days per week.Core skills / experience
Minimum of 5 years of management / leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and coach sales teams.Experience in following up on KPIs and a strong knowledge of effective sales routines and processes.Strong knowledge of CRM tools, ideally SalesforceProven track record of building and developing teams, with a focus on showing results.Experience with Coaching teams and a coach mindset.Possesses a solid technical backgroundIdeally based in Madrid or, alternatively, Valencia.This role requires a leader who can effectively manage a team of about 10 people with varying levels of openness to change.Availability for travellingWhat\'s on offer?
