AI-Driven Creative Manager

About you :

• 6 years of professional experience in performance-focused creative production - digital design video editing or creative teams focused on creativity growth and efficiency.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong creative leadership experience : mentoring managing feedback loops and scaling teams with a growth mindset.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Figma and AI design tools (Midjourney Runway Sora etc.).
• Experience creating assets for high-performance digital campaigns on Meta TikTok and YouTube.
• You thrive in fast-paced iterative data-driven environments (agency startup or in-house growth team experience is a plus).
• Solid understanding of analytics and creative testing (CTR hook rate retention curves etc.) and how they inform creative decisions.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and asset management libraries (LucidLink Cloudinary etc.).
