We are expanding into Medium Voltage. Are you the Product Marketing Manager to lead the way?

At CHINT Electric, we are on a mission to build the strongest Medium Voltage portfolio — and we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who knows this market inside out.

This is not just about managing products. It’s about :

Analyzing the MV market and identifying opportunities.

Designing the go-to-market strategy that makes our MV offer the one everyone talks about.

⚡ Deciding what we bring into the portfolio — and shaping how it reaches the market.

If you’re already a Product Manager in the MV world (switchgear, transformers, substations, AIS / GIS, etc.), this is your chance to take a step up : from managing a portfolio to building one from scratch .

What you’ll bring :

  • Solid background in Medium Voltage solutions.
  • Strategic mindset — market research, product positioning, competition analysis.
  • The drive to turn insights into strategy.
  • Fluent English (daily communication with international teams).

✅ Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager in the Medium Voltage industry .
  • Strong technical knowledge of MV products (switchgear, AIS / GIS, transformers, substations).
  • Demonstrated ability in market research, competitor analysis, and portfolio strategy .
  • Commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish (both mandatory).
  • Based in Madrid, with availability to travel.
