Job Title : Global HR Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing diverse KPIs, resolving inconsistencies, and reporting various information to external vendors and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR, ideally within a multinational environment, with in-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices.

Responsibilities

Analyzing diverse KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, head count, etc

Resolving HR KPIs-related inconsistencies reported

Reporting various information to the main external vendors as well as internal company stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in HR, ideally within a multinational environment

In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices

Hands-on experience in using MS Office (Excel mainly), databases, and HRIS systems
