Senior Product Designer

Our TechOps team has been a vital part of the company’s success since its formation 10 years ago – delivering technology and services that have drastically simplified the lives of our clients and colleagues. A user-centric approach is at the core of the TechOps team’s strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for new products and features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A / B test design solutions to validate decisions
• Create interactive prototypes and motion graphics to communicate complex interactions and micro-animations
• Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentals
• Work closely with Design Lead, Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
• Participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the evolution of our Design System to design and update components, design patterns and guidelines, and collaborate with other designers and developers involved on the project
