Store Manager - Malaga

Diesel is a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion with a worldwide presence in more than 80 countries and over 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company‑owned stores. We are seeking a Store Manager for the Diesel Store in McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, Malaga, on a permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities

Establish and implement action plans to drive the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and create a 360° client experience.

Achieve financial objectives by proposing action plans and adapting quickly to changing circumstances.

Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives.

Model best-in-class sales and self-leadership, actively contributing to the team and resolving problems with positive outcomes.

Engage with the broader community and draw inspiration from other sectors to foster a cohesive, energetic, innovative and approachable environment.

Empower and support colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively, generating enthusiasm and a positive team spirit.

Build and maintain relationships by instilling belonging and a forward‑thinking mindset.

Requirements

Previous Store Management experience in a modern luxury retail environment.

Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and build respectful working relationships.

Experience in driving KPIs and sales targets while managing complex store operations.

Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.

Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.

Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients.

Passion for the Diesel brand, product and heritage.

Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and results-driven.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skills.

Language proficiency : Spanish and English are mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
