Overview

Join a dynamic organization as a Global Supply Chain Coordinator, where you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination of inbound stock from global vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the importation of bulk production stock from vendors to 3PL warehouses.
  • You will maintain accurate delivery dates and update information regarding shipments in transit.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams and vendors is crucial to ensure ex-factory dates are achieved and correct shipping documentation is supplied.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 1 year of logistics / administration, logistics / operations experience preferably in fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail / Fashion / Sports.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus under various challenges.
  • Effective written, oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
