Web Developer – React (m / f / d)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our web application using React and TypeScript, ensuring high standards for stability, maintainability, and security.
• Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and deployment.
• Contribute to the conception, design, and development of our web platform with a focus on modern React principles such as Hooks and Context.
• Ensure software quality by writing unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests with Playwright.
• Participate in regular code reviews to maintain high code quality across the team.
• Optimize existing code architecture and improve usability and performance of the application.
• Plan and implement new features, integrate APIs, and manage application state, e.g., with Redux.
• Help shape the innovation process of our web development and evaluate future technologies.
• Collaborate closely with a small, heterogeneous, and agile team (Scrum) that fosters open communication, informal culture, and mutual respect.
