Dutch speaking Lead Specialist in E-Commerce to Madrid, Spain

Overview Are you experienced on the phone and are you looking for fresh opportunity in SaaS Sales?

I am currently recruiting for Dutch-speaking Lead Specialists to work hybrid in Madrid. As a Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities on the Dutch market in the E-Commerce sector. You will work closely with the Customer Success Specialists to ensure a seamless operation.

Responsibilities Research and gather potential leads through various channels, including online databases, social media, networking events, and industry publications. Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects.

Initiate contact with leads through calls, emails, and personalized outreach. Assess their needs, business challenges, and potential fit for the company\'s products or services.

Develop trust with prospects by providing valuable insights, addressing questions, and maintaining consistent follow-ups. Educate them on the benefits of the company\'s offerings.

Work closely with Customer Success Specialists to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Provide detailed insights and background information to maximize the chances of a successful conversion.

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and progress in CRM tools. Analyze engagement metrics to refine prospecting strategies and improve conversion rates.

Required Skills and Experience B2B / B2C Phone Sales experience needed (ideally in SaaS)

Native level of Dutch

Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus as well)
