We are looking for a Producer to join REVEL.

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of content creation, including scriptwriting, location scouting, and coordinating with production teams.
  • Develop and execute content strategies, drive brand awareness, and ensure the messaging resonates with the audience.
  • Scriptwriting for Shoots : Develop and write detailed scripts for various content shoots, ensuring they align with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Location Scouting : Conduct thorough research and identify optimal locations for content production, ensuring they meet creative and logistical requirements.
  • Contracting Videographers and Photographers : Hire and manage videographers and photographers, ensuring high-quality production standards.
  • Content Production Management : Oversee all aspects of content production projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Collaboration with Design Team : Coordinate with the design team to hand over projects for post-production, ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining project vision.
  • Budget Management : Manage and optimize content production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Production Scheduling : Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, coordinating with various departments (e.g., logistics for vehicle availability) to ensure smooth operations.

How do we imagine you?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience focused on digital portfolio projects.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in content production, digital marketing, or a similar role. Proven experience in managing production projects, including scriptwriting, location scouting, and team coordination.
  • Experience with content management and creation tools (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize production schedules effectively.
  • Super creative, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for content creation and project management.
  • Highly communicative, with a natural talent for creating engaging and compelling content.
  • Adept at writing and can adapt your style to suit different platforms and audiences.
  • You have a great sense of humor and know how to craft content that is both appropriate and impactful.
  • Excel in managing high-pressure situations and tight deadlines with professionalism and composure.
  • If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy producing high-quality content, we want to meet you.
  • Super fluent in English, ready to have meetings in English.
