Descripción del trabajo5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach Strong proficiency with Scrum , Kanban , and SAFe frameworks for backend development practices. Solid knowledge of agile methodologies , and version control tools such as Git. Familiarity with the automotive sector is a strong plus. Proven experience with agile coaching, team facilitation and agile delivery . Advanced proficiency in Spanish (native level) and professional English (spoken and written). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Be self-employed / freelance or be willing to be. Create efficient, reusable team rituals and agile ceremonies with agile frameworks . Design, optimize, and maintain agile processes to ensure continuous improvement and high performance. Stay current with latest industry trends and emerging technologies in agile coaching and organizational change . Responsibilities
- Provide agile transformations, coaching teams and leadership, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain robust agile practices using Scrum , Kanban , and SAFe .
- Design, optimize, and maintain agile processes to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate with designers, developers and stakeholders to deliver an intuitive and collaborative working model.
- Participate in retrospectives, planning, and agile coaching sessions.
- Implement agile methodologies across multiple teams or departments.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in agile coaching and organizational change .
