Overview

Implementation Consultant - Fiix Software role at Rockwell Automation. Fiix is on a mission to build better maintenance teams by connecting customers to the tools, resources, and technology they need to join the future of maintenance. As an Implementation Consultant you will help our clients implement and adopt the Fiix CMMS throughout their organisation through onsite and remote consultation sessions. You will train clients\ ' employees on product functionality, communicate information about the implementation process, and guide and support our clients through each project milestone until successful launch of their new software is achieved.

You will report to the Manager located in Canada.

Responsibilities

Be a sole or primary contact for clients during the implementation phase of their journey
Help clients take full advantage of our industry-leading technology and deploy solutions to encourage end-user adoption, minimize time to value, and support expansion over time
Engage directly with clients to understand requirements, identify success factors, develop best-fit solution designs, and configure the CMMS to meet needs
Manage client expectations;

identify implementationrisks, capture and disseminate key project decisions, and control project scope, quality, and timeline

Develop and deliver client training programs, including training materials (documents and videos)

Assist clients with data collection, loading, and configuration

Develop client reports and dashboard KPIs and widgets

Support system integrations between Fiix and ERP systems

Record project progress and store artefacts in a central repository

Collaborate with teammates to identify CMMS and implementation best practices

Help train new Implementation Consultants

Travel up to 40% of the time

Measure of Success : customer feedback, use percentage, contribution to team projects

The Essentials – You Will Have

Bachelor\ 's Degree required

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

1+ years experience in a software implementation role;

SaaS and CMMS software experience

Prior experience in the Maintenance and Reliability industry considered an asset

Prior experience translating customer requirements into workable software solutions

Prior experience in Project Management leading small and medium software implementations;

including experience developing work-breakdown structures and managing project plans

Valid driver\ 's license and Passport

Proficiency in German and English
