Crea webs que enamoran y campañas que convierten. Tecnología + creatividaden un equipo internacional

Qué harás en tu día a día

Desarrollar y optimizar webs, microsites y landings con impacto real.
Mejorar SEO, velocidad y usabilidad para que cada web funcione al máximo.
Diseñar piezas digitales y copys que convierten visitas en clientes.
Gestionar y optimizar campañas en Google Ads y Meta Ads.
Analizar métricas y proponer mejoras constantes (Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
Colaborar con un equipo multidisciplinar donde cada idea cuenta.

Lo que buscamos en ti

Experiencia en desarrollo web y CMS (WordPress imprescindible; Shopify suma puntos).

Conocimientos en HTML, CSS, JS y diseño gráfico (Photoshop, Illustrator o Figma).

Capacidad creativa + mentalidad analítica (KPIs & performance).

Experiencia en campañas digitales (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads).

Autonomía, proactividad y pasión por innovar.

Valorable : conocimientos en UX / UI y automatización de marketing.
