As we expand our Finance Team, we are looking for a Finance Controller who combines financial rigor with sensitivity, curiosity, and the ability to be close to the field, someone who understands that building a company is both a structural and emotional journey.

Your role

You will be part of the growing Finance Team, supporting the financial architecture behind our investments and projects.

Your mission is to bring clarity, rhythm, and insight to the company’s financial flow, helping us grow in a balanced, transparent, and sustainable way.

This role connects numbers with meaning : analysing data, understanding context, and ensuring that every financial decision supports the company’s organic growth and human values.

What we’re looking for

• A financially structured mind with emotional intelligence and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience in finance, controlling, or investment environments.
• Ability to connect strategy and operations, from project budgets to investment overviews.
• A natural curiosity for design, architecture, and how creative businesses grow.
• Comfortable working both in the field (with project teams, suppliers, builders) and in analytical environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
