Alan is building a vertically integrated health partner that connects insurance and smart healthcare delivery. Role and focus

Role and focus

The role is designed with 70% of time on Knowledge Management and 30% on People Ops topics, supporting Alaners with daily People questions. This split may evolve over time as knowledge management activities shift toward other projects.

What you will do

  • Knowledge Management (70%)
  • Reshape the knowledge management strategy to align with our distributed ownership model and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with community leads and documentation referents.
  • Enhance our use of AI for knowledge sharing.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and expertise development.
  • Own the documentation tool (Notion), including renewal, negotiation, and feedback.
  • As a second step, improve use of other knowledge tools such as GitHub, Slack and Google Drive.
  • People Ops and Growth (30%)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for People-related inquiries.
  • Potential evolutions include contributing to People Growth topics, owning internal communications, and managing individual situations.

What you need

  • An appetite for knowledge management and People topics.
  • An appetite for AI, automation and process improvement.
  • A mix of operational capability, scrappiness, and outside-the-box thinking.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas constructively.
  • A love of challenges and the energy to give your best.
  • Efficient project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Language requirements

  • Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
