Job Description :

Enfinity Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive RFP & Commercial Operations Coordinator to serve as the central hub for managing utility-scale RFP responses. Based in the U.S. or Europe, this role is designed to bridge time zones and facilitate real-time collaboration with global teams and senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and bring strong coordination and communication skills to support cross-functional efforts.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate all aspects of public RFP responses, with a focus on utility-scale opportunities

Serve as the primary liaison between the Hyderabad team and U.S. / European stakeholders

Proactively gather inputs from Commercialization, Finance, Legal, and Asset Management teams

Track timelines, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with submission requirements

Facilitate calls, clarify questions, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of experience in commercial operations, proposal management, or project coordination

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across time zones

Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or renewables sector is a plus

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Based in the U.S. or Europe, with flexibility to collaborate across global teams

Ability to work interactively with key departments including Commercialization (John), Structured Finance, Asset Management, Legal, and Development
