Location : Granollers — HR Operations Manager
For our location in Granollers, we are looking for an HR Operations Manager. The HR Operations Manager oversees the global HR systems and payroll processes for GoodLife Foods operating in 7 countries. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence and legal compliance in HR processes, maintaining high-quality master data, and leveraging technology to automate and simplify HR operations. This position plays a critical role in designing and executing a long-term HR technology roadmap while managing vendor relationships and local requirements. This role leads a small team of HR Officers that support the HR administration of the total organization.
HR Technology Roadmap & Digital Transformation
- Lead the creation and implementation of a multi-year HR technology roadmap.
- Assess the current state of HR operational processes and identify opportunities for digitization, simplification, and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across countries to align technological improvements with business needs.
- Drive change management and user adoption across regions.
HRIS Implementation and Lifecycle Management
Lead the implementation of a global HR Information System (HRIS : Workday), ensuring scalability and configuration to support regional needs.Maintain system integrity by overseeing core configuration, system upgrades, user roles, security profiles, and data flows.Oversee onboarding, performance, and learning configurations in phases, ensuring quality and alignment with business priorities.Develop training materials and manage user support processes.Master Data Governance and Compliance
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of HR master data across countries.Design and implement data governance protocols and audit routines.Maintain compliance with regional labor regulations and data protection laws; act as the system owner for employee master data architecture.Payroll Governance and Vendor Management
Oversee payroll administration across 7 countries via outsourced service providers.Manage vendor performance against SLAs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local laws.Collaborate with Finance and Legal for audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.Resolve escalations and ensure strong internal controls and documentation.Standardize and streamline transactional HR processes (e.g., contracts, job changes, time & attendance, exit management).Promote global alignment while respecting local regulatory nuances.Support internal audits and risk assessments for operational HR processes.Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors on operational topics.Support HR business partners and local HR teams with tools, reporting, and issue resolution.Partner with leadership to ensure HR operations deliver on business objectives.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR operations, with 5+ years in a multinational or multi-country role.Demonstrated success in HRIS implementation (preferably Workday) and payroll oversight.Strong knowledge of GDPR, labor law compliance, and data management.Experience with outsourced payroll and vendor performance management.Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.Fluent in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
