Senior Full Stack Developer

Location : Remote from Spain (Spanish employment contract)

Our customer is a world’s leading pay-per-click (PPC) performance display advertising and the partner of more 3000 ecommerce brands. Commercially present in 40 countries with head office in France. Product enables online e-commerce sites literally to “expand their search” marketing campaigns to re-engage with people who have left their website.

It helps to improve online shopping, by bringing the performance of search to display advertisers. Our solution performs like search in that it is measurable, scalable, priced on a CPC basis and is driven by user intent. We help advertisers to reach more customers, to increase the volume of online sales with similar conversion rates and return on ad spend as search. Personalized banners significantly outperform standard display advertising and other types of retargeted banners; they lead to better click-through rates, increased on-site conversions and higher average order values.

Requirements :

5+ years of working experience as a Python Developer
In-depth understanding of advanced Python features and major Python frameworks (e.g.,Django, Flask, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy)
Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
At least 2 years of commercial experience with FE
Good understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks, specifically Angular. React is also acceptable
Experience in setting technical direction and making architecture decisions
Advanced in GIT
Good understanding of testing frameworks and test-driven development
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated proficiency in mentoring and supporting colleagues to overcome technical challenges
At least B2 level of English

Will be a plus :

Good understanding of security best practices

Experience working with AI systems (e.g., integrating large language models or AI-powered APIs into applications and workflows

Knowledge of alerting stacks such as Prometheus

Experience with ETL pipelines

Business Analytics experience

Familiarity with Docker and Linux server environments

Experience programming in other languages (PHP or C#)

Responsibilities :

Participate in the development, and maintenance of Python applications.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues.

Write clean, efficient, and self-documented code.

Implement automation tests.

Collaborate with team members to identify and solve technical problems.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.

Monitor application performance and provide optimization recommendations.

Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
