Investment And Operations Intern (6-12 Months)

About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to grow professionally while contributing to investment analysis , project management , and market research . You’ll collaborate closely with our investment and operations team, gaining hands-on experience in natural capital investment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Investment Analysis : Support cash flow, IRR projections, and scenario analysis for land purchase decisions.
• Investment Management : Assist in designing and delivering quarterly / annual reports covering financial, climate, and community outcomes.
• Market Research : Conduct in-depth research on the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) and competitor analysis.
• Sales Support : Manage CRM tools and support the Sales team ahead of major events.
• Strategic Assistance : Provide operational and strategic support to our leadership team.
