This role focuses on overseeing the planning and execution of large-scale live, hybrid, and digital events across international markets, with an emphasis on consumer-facing and cultural experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing logistics, production, staffing, vendor management, and partner integrations, while ensuring events deliver measurable value and reflect brand standards. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and driving innovative audience experiences, requiring strong team management, organizational, and creative skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global events and experiential strategy in alignment with brand and business goals.
- Oversee planning and delivery of large-scale events across multiple formats, including live shows, audience activations, cultural gatherings, and digital / hybrid experiences.
- Partner with internal creative, content, and marketing teams to design engaging storylines and interactive experiences that extend before, during, and after events.
- Manage sponsor and partner integrations, ensuring they are authentic, impactful, and drive ROI.
- Innovate with new event formats, interactive technologies, and immersive experiences that keep audiences engaged.
- Guide, mentor, and scale a high-performing events team while building strong partnerships across departments.
- Own budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation; deliver on time and on budget.
- Establish KPIs (attendance, satisfaction, ROI, reach), evaluate performance, and continuously improve.
Qualifications
8–12+ years of senior experience in experiential, live entertainment, or large-scale consumer event management.Track record of delivering multi-country events with complex logistics and regulations.Deep familiarity with audience engagement and experience design.Strong commercial acumen : sponsorships, negotiations, and vendor management.Creative sensibility with proven experience in storytelling and brand expression.Operational expertise : logistics, technical production, and large-team coordination.Data-focused mindset : skilled at defining success metrics and applying feedback.Strong team management and cross-functional skills; experience developing and scaling high-performing teams.Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.Flexibility for frequent travel and international work hours.Seniority level
