Your Mission

You’ll be the owner of monetization and revenue growth for Thrillz, responsible for designing, optimizing, and operating all monetization systems across the app.

Your mission is simple : increase ARPU, retention, and LTV through smart, engaging, and data-driven monetization features that feel natural and rewarding for our players.

You’ll work closely with the CEO (Antoine) , CPO (Benjamin) , Senior Producer (Kevin) , and our product, design, and data teams to shape the future of Thrillz’s revenue engine.

Responsibilities

Monetization Systems & Strategy

• Own the full monetization strategy for Thrillz.
• Design and improve systems such as missions, streaks, daily quests, boosters, multipliers, reward stores, VIP programs, seasonal events, and offers.
• Develop a long-term revenue roadmap aligned with product and economy goals.
• Create dynamic and personalized offers based on player behavior and segmentation.
