Industrial Maintenance Manager San Pablo (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

An opportunity for a Industrial Maintenance Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space San Pablo (Sevilla).

The Industrial Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the industrial maintenance team at the Airbus plant in San Pablo. This role involves ensuring that all maintenance operations are performed efficiently and safely minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance management and skills in leadership and coordination of outsourced services.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Industrial Maintenance Service Management:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the industrial maintenance team ensuring that efficiency and quality objectives are met.

• Collaborate with the supplier to execute the service effectively minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

• Foster a safe and collaborative work environment.

Planning and Coordination:

• Develop and manage the annual maintenance plan in collaboration with the maintenance provider.

• Coordinate and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance activities as well as procurement of necessary equipment and materials.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.

• Conduct regular safety audits and report any incidents or potential risks.

• Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the service and throughout the plant.

Supplier and Contractor Relations:

• Coordinate with the subcontracted supplier to ensure the availability of supplies and maintenance services.

• Maintain effective communication with the supplier to resolve any problems or issues that may arise.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities including diagnostics repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Generate periodic reports on equipment status for management and other stakeholders.

SKILLS:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance management preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of project management.

• Skills in leadership and management of subcontracted teams.

• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
