The Role

As a Junior FP&A Analyst at Solera, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts across the Iberia and Latin America regions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various business units, contributing to strategic decision-making and enhancing overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Analysis and Reporting :

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key insights and trends.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budget and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations.

Budgeting and Forecasting :

Data Management and Analysis :

Ad-hoc Analysis :

Qualifications :

experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.

proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
