We are looking for a proactive trainee with a digital and analytical mindset to join our Talent Team in People department. In this role, you will support a variety of projects and initiatives that combine people, data, and digital tools to improve how we attract, develop, and engage our talent. You will help update and analyze talent data, generate insightful reports, and optimize processes with the aim of increasing efficiency and enhancing the way we communicate and share insights across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment and contribute to the digital evolution of our People department.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all Talent Management data is up-to-date, accurate, and maintained in optimal condition.
Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports on key talent metrics (recruitment, onboarding, training, turnover, etc.) and assist in creating dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.
Assist the team in managing HR tools and digital platforms, helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and simplify processes within the Talent area.
Contribute ideas for the use of digital tools and technology (e.g. AI solutions) to enhance talent management practices.
Support digital communication initiatives within the Talent team, creating engaging content such as dashboards, visual reports, newsletters, or infographics to share insights effectively across the organization.
Assist in the creation of visual materials and presentations to communicate project updates, progress reports, guides, and toolkits.
Provide support in the implementation and coordination of Talent Management processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management).
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive and curious individual with a digital and analytical mindset. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable using digital tools, and interested in exploring how data and technology can support Talent Management and improve people-related processes. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate insights clearly to a variety of audiences. A collaborative approach, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment are essential.
Preferred background
Curiosity and comfort with digital tools and technology, with an interest in using them to support people and HR processes.
Academic background in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or fields related to HR, always with a clear orientation towards digital transformation.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
