Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in C&B focused on job evaluation, salary ranges development.
  • Deep knowledge of any grading methodology (Mercer, EY, Hay).
  • Experience of participation in salary surveys.
  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Spreadsheets : formulas, pivots.

Soft Skills

  • Attentive to details in reports, formulas in files.
  • Flexibility, ability to adapt own experience to current business needs.
  • Orientation on high quality of tasks performance.

    • Responsibilities

  • Support in maintaining salary matrices, job grading, and bonus program administration to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
  • Assist in developing salary ranges, job grading, benefits packages, and process automation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to align C&B programs with company goals and employee needs.
  • Perform job evaluations, clarify responsibilities and roles within the company structure.
  • Research market salaries using open sources.
  • Administer and update grading files.
