Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in C&B focused on job evaluation, salary ranges development.
- Deep knowledge of any grading methodology (Mercer, EY, Hay).
- Experience of participation in salary surveys.
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Spreadsheets : formulas, pivots.

Support in maintaining salary matrices, job grading, and bonus program administration to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.Assist in developing salary ranges, job grading, benefits packages, and process automation.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to align C&B programs with company goals and employee needs.Perform job evaluations, clarify responsibilities and roles within the company structure.Research market salaries using open sources.Administer and update grading files.Benefits & Perks
