Introduction

The portal supports partners building solutions for our open platform and uses the latest technologies to help from idea to deployment. AI-related interests or experience are beneficial as AI becomes part of the portal and partner solutions.

Team

We are a team of 15 people from 7 nationalities across two sites (Copenhagen and Barcelona), working on the next generation developer portal for our world-leading Video Management Software. The team includes developers, a test engineer, a product manager, technical communications, and more, and collaborates closely with our partners to shape the product direction. The culture is informal and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions while listening to partner needs. We plan and act as one team and look at tasks collectively to drive progress and develop each person’s skills.

Senior Frontend Engineer - Developer Platform & Ecosystem

The role focuses on providing an easy-to-use web-based frontend experience for developers. Solid knowledge of full-stack development in a cloud environment is beneficial. Being a team player is crucial; you should mentor junior team members and drive features both independently and in collaboration with others. You should be open to sharing ideas, willing to learn new technologies, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions, with the ability to communicate effectively inside and outside the company.

Key skills we look for include :

• A software-related degree at minimum B.Sc. level
• 5+ years of work experience as a software developer
• Experience with frontend development on an event-driven architecture
• Some experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and React
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
• Nice-to-have : Material UI, web authentication (OIDC / OAuth, JWT / claims), frontend testing (Playwright, JEST), micro frontends and backend-for-frontends, Spotify Backstage
