Senior Semiconductor Packaging Manager

Our Spanish based client is currently searching for a Senior Semiconductor Packaging Manager to improve and develop manufacturing plans for the integration of photonic devices and ICs. The role will involve supporting technology strategy and road-mapping for future leading-edge packages and packaging solutions. Providing program management, NPI and business process modeling will be required. Supporting and leading the packaging team will be an important part of the role.

Desired skills for the Senior Semiconductor Packaging Manager will include :

• Strong semiconductor and advanced packaging knowledge and experience
• Managerial and leadership experience
• Exceptional organisational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Degree qualified
