We’re a team of pet lovers from Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, Croatia, Russia, Morocco, Argentina, Poland and Italy and now we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a heart for animals and teamwork skills. Specifically, you will :

Design and execute paid media campaigns with a strong focus in performance.

Monitor their performance and continuously optimize campaigns with a data driven approach in mind.

Investigate and test new functionalities within the Google and Meta ecosystems

Track analytics and measure the impact of each campaign and develop ways to scale.

Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics to ensure consistent brand messages and meet ambitious growth targets.

Who are you?

You are passionate about pets ️.

You have a proven track record in paid media, with at least 5 years of experience managing big budgets in several countries.

You are fluent in Spanish and English. A 3rd language, specifically French, German or Italian, will be a plus.

You have deep hands-on experience in building and optimizing performance campaigns in a high-growth startup environment.

You have set up, maintained and optimized lead generation and ecommerce campaigns for at least 2 years, with a focus on the Google ecosystem.

You are highly analytic, and work with KPIs in mind.

You take initiative, have a strong internal motivation to succeed and don't wait for others to tell you what to do.
