SAM Consultant – Flexera One ITAM & SaaS Management

Barcelona (hybrid : on-site several days per week at client location)

We’re seeking an experienced Software Asset Management (SAM) Consultant with hands-on expertise in Flexera One ITAM and SaaS Management .

You’ll be part of a dynamic team delivering SAM services for large organizations, helping clients manage and optimize their software lifecycle and SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the completeness and quality of software and hardware inventory data.
• Maintain contracts, licenses, and software catalogues in Flexera One.
• Configure licensing models and validate license compliance.
• Support software request, approval, and deployment processes .
• Proactively manage license and subscription renewals .
• Build and maintain Effective License Positions (ELPs) for Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors.
• Manage and optimize SaaS applications, including usage-based reharvesting.
• Support internal and vendor audits .
• Produce SAM reports and KPIs , tracking performance and savings.
• Keep SAM documentation and procedures up to date.
• Drive continuous improvement in SAM processes and data quality.
• Provide licensing support and guidance to business and technical teams.
