We are looking for an experienced Web Developer focused on Adobe Experience Manager. You are a good fit if you are willing to take responsibility and develop your skills alongside us.

Your role includes :

  • Developing and maintaining enterprise-class websites with AEM
  • Leading and coaching teams of developers
  • Estimating development tasks, identifying risks, and planning provisions and limitations
  • Performing regular code reviews and sharing best practices
  • Defining release strategies, including branching, CI, and workflows

What we require :

  • Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience in an international environment
  • Extensive experience with AEM projects
  • Deep understanding of AEM technologies (OSGi, JCR, Apache Sling)
  • Strong knowledge of Java and web technologies
  • Experience with AEM on-premise and Cloud Service
  • Developing RESTful Web Services experience
  • Knowledge of web security
  • Ability to define requirements and technical solutions
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • On-site work at our Madrid office 3 days / week

    • Nice to have :

  • Experience with AEM Cloud Service
  • Familiarity with build tools like Maven
  • Knowledge of version control, especially Git
  • Understanding of design patterns and best practices
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills
  • Experience with pair programming and code reviews
  • Testing experience at all levels
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence
  • Proactive mindset and enthusiasm
  • Open to continuous improvement and feedback
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Eligibility to work in the EU / Switzerland
